What format are the digital stock photos in? All TopsailPhotos.com photos are in JPG format.
Do you add photos on a regular basis? Yes. We add new photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.
Can I submit photos to sell? If you are a local photographer and are interested in selling your photos on TopsailPhotos.com, please use the contact form or call (800) 231-5549 .
Do you offer refunds? Digital Downloads: Since the digital stock photographs are available immediately for download after your purchase we cannot offer a refund. Exclusive Prints: For exclusive prints, we will honor a refund if the photograph has not yet been shipped. We will offer a re-print if there is a problem or a defect with your original order. In cases where a re-print is requested, we will require you to return the defective photo to us.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the TopsailPhotos.com photos that I download? Yes. While TopsailPhotos.com offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format. If you would like to redistribute a photograph from TopsailPhotos.com or include it in a magazine or newspaper article, please contact us at (800) 231-5549 or email us using the "Contact Us" link at the top of this page.
Is account sharing allowed? No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
I bought a subscription, but it says I'm not activated, what do I do? On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you have made a purchase of our yearly subscription and you are not able to access photos TopsailPhotos.com using your details, send a support request.
